Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, science, or relevant field; experience in lieu of education will be considered.
Familiarity with UAS ground control stations, communication links, payloads, and data systems.
Knowledge of systems engineering principles and program management practices (planning, scheduling, risk management, configuration management).
Strong communication, leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interface effectively with other departments, all levels of management, customers, and government representatives.
Ability to travel including field locations. Travel estimated at 10-25%.
US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED
Ability to gain and maintain a secret clearance.

Nice To Haves

5–10 years of program or project management experience, ideally in aerospace, defense, or aviation.
Direct experience with UAS/UAV development, integration, testing, or operations.
Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes, developmental and operational testing, and military UAS employment.
In-depth technical knowledge of UAS capabilities and DoD operations, including developmental and operational test of UAS and its employment, as well as system-level knowledge in advanced sensor systems and technology development for UAS integration and testing.

Responsibilities

Manage budgets, schedules, and delivery requirements.
Coordinate across multiple stakeholders including engineers, subcontractors, regulators, and customers.
Prioritize multiple responsibilities, comprehend and analyze complex problems, and develop solutions.
