About The Position

McLeod Centers for Wellbeing is seeking a Full-time Program Manager to join our Opioid Treatment Program in Concord, North Carolina. The mission of McLeod Centers for Wellbeing is to build a foundation of healing and hope based on equity, education, and evidence-based practice for all communities. Founded in 1969 in Charlotte, North Carolina, it has grown to be one of the largest providers of comprehensive substance use disorder treatment in western North Carolina, offering compassionate support for patients' journey to recovery from initial assessment to customized aftercare.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of leadership experience.
  • CADC or clinical licensure (LCMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or LCAS) is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Candidates who are fully licensed or hold an associate license, LCAS, or a master’s degree are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily workflow, staffing, training, and development of staff within the program.
  • Establish proactive onboarding and engagement in facilitating a new employee’s successful integration into the organization.
  • Provide clear expectations, education, direction, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Organize services and systems necessary for the multidisciplinary approach throughout the continuum of care.
  • Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure ongoing compliance in all documentation and policies.
  • Ensure resources are allocated within budgetary requirements.
  • Assist with setting program objectives, identifying goals, providing ongoing feedback, and evaluating the outcomes of the department.
  • Utilize problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to foster effective work relationships with team members.
  • Develop and maintain connections with local agencies/programs to facilitate community involvement and relationships.
