About The Position

This position provides customer service and urinalysis monitoring for medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and other clinical programs. All positions require pre-employment drug screening and background checks.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school degree or GED.
  • Current CAT or the ability to obtain CAT within 18 months of the hire date.
  • Previous medical/clinical office experience.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and insurance.
  • CPR and first-aid certification (initial training and renewals paid for by agency).
  • Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

  • Monitors and records patient urinalysis to ensure the integrity of the patient's urine sample.
  • Provides customer service and monitoring during dispensing hours.
  • Maintains a clean, safe work area and immediately reports any potential hazards to supervisors.
  • Demonstrates professionalism and respect for the patients while maintaining patients' dignity and confidentiality.
  • Provides medication monitoring of pre-poured doses for patients when the dispensing nurse takes scheduled leave.
  • Ensures logs and documentation are completed according to operating policy and label instructions.
