The Program Manager is responsible for the management of 5 licensed homes, residential supervisors, and direct care staff. This role ensures the health and safety needs of individuals are met, writes and monitors outcomes and goals, and oversees medical services. The Program Manager also conducts supervision meetings, manages data entry, ensures proper scheduling and time management to avoid overtime, and is on-call 24/7 for assigned homes. Responsibilities include conducting home visits, ensuring staff understand the agency's mission, assisting with planning meetings, attending Personal Planning Meetings, evaluating Individual Plans, participating in management team meetings, collaborating with recruiters for hiring, attending DDA sponsored meetings, monitoring household funds, reviewing incident reports and progress reviews, supporting direct service staff in community connections, conducting unannounced home visits, ensuring timesheet accuracy, and submitting monthly paperwork in a timely manner. Other duties as assigned.
