About The Position

Acquisition Professionals (AP) LLC is seeking a Program Manager to provide executive support services with expertise across a broad range of experience in judicial and law enforcement projects. These services directly support the head of component and senior executive staff. The role provides executive-level writing, editing, and content development services that support leadership communication, planning, and decision-making.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of specialized experience related to the duties described
  • Experience working with and collaborating with other agencies
  • Experience developing Strategic Plans and Project Plans
  • Experience working with complex senior executive leadership core qualifications and workplans
  • Knowledge of Federal Government regulations
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite software
  • Bachelor of Arts Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Ability to organize, direct, manage, and review technical aspects of deliverables, involving multiple complex and inter-related project tasks
  • Ability to maintain and facilitate lines of communication across the client interface, at the senior levels of the client's organization, and with company partnerships
  • Ability to meet with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items
  • Ability to provide assistance to the organization in developing mission and vision statements and subsequent goal delineation
  • Ability to work with assigned personnel to provide guidance for building operational plans and specifying measurable outcomes to include capital outlay planning efforts and prioritizes those initiatives to meet strategic goals

Responsibilities

  • Developing comprehensive presentation and training materials
  • Composing and writing a wide range of correspondence
  • Designing artistic communication and media materials
  • Coordinating nationwide budget and financial materials
  • Assessing and researching current status and future requirements for projects
  • Developing and adhering to project milestones, budget, and timelines
  • Developing written materials that clearly present key issues, background considerations, and potential implications to support leadership decision-making
  • Drafting, editing, and finalizing speeches, talking points, remarks, and executive correspondence
  • Tailoring messaging for internal, external, and public audiences
  • Incorporating relevant context, priorities, and considerations to ensure materials support leadership intent and engagement objectives
  • Synthesizing information from multiple sources for annual reports and official publications
  • Presenting unique and complementary layouts, formats, charts, and graphic work
  • Providing training tools created in print, electronic, and video media
  • Providing executive stretch goals against USMS missions and objectives
  • Drafting narrative content that conveys organizational performance, accomplishments, and trends
  • Organizing and presenting information to highlight key issues, risks, considerations, and implications for executive awareness and direction
  • Drafting and editing strategic plans, implementation plans, and supporting documents
  • Translating executive direction into structured, actionable written content
  • Ensuring alignment with DOJ strategic goals and performance frameworks
  • Supporting planning and execution of executive-level engagements, including award recognition and conference/training management
  • Drafting award nominations, citations, and supporting narratives
  • Developing agendas, read-ahead materials, and executive briefings
  • Assisting with site selection research for events
  • Coordinating attendee registration and requests
  • Providing logistical and on-site conference management support
  • Providing support to speakers and guests
  • Preparing audiovisual and multimedia materials compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act
  • Providing professional training and administrative services
  • Working directly with presenters to compose correspondence and create dynamic presentations
  • Developing and editing program descriptions, concept papers, and briefing materials
  • Ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with executive messaging
  • Organizing, directing, managing, and reviewing technical aspects of deliverables
