It coordinates facilities, supplies, nutrition, and physical plant needs, and facilitates work across operations, clinical services, medical and nursing staff, administrative departments, and executive leadership. The Program Manager oversees IMS operational systems, health-screening and monitoring protocols, medication storage and documentation controls, and pathways to MAT, NTPs, and external healthcare providers. The role also maintains licensing and staffing files, conducts quality assurance reviews and audits, participates in facility inspections, and ensures timely incident reporting, state notifications, and regulatory communications.
