Requirements

B.S. (M.S. preferred) in Physics or Engineering with 10+ years in high-technology environments
5+ years managing complex, multifaceted programs involving advanced or unique technologies
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
Ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and coordinate across organizational boundaries
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, MS Project, and ERP systems

Nice To Haves

PMP certification preferred
EVMS experience or certification strongly preferred
Knowledge of infrared focal plane arrays and semiconductor device physics strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Lead astronomy, Earth observation, and national space programs from proposal through execution, ensuring cost, schedule, and technical excellence
Coordinate cross-functional teams, identify resource constraints, and drive solutions to meet program milestones
Serve as the primary business and technical point of contact for customers, ensuring strong relationships and satisfaction
Present program status, risks, and solution approaches to customers and internal leadership
Lead proposal development, including pricing activities and technical/management content
Support contract negotiations, compliance, forecasting, and ERP-based program tracking
Contribute to marketing and business development efforts, including trade shows and customer engagements
