The Program Manager will oversee the sales/engineering project portfolio, managing multiple projects of moderate to large size efficiently to stay within budget and ensure timely delivery. This role involves responsibility for various design elements to complete engineering projects, systems, components, or systems with other team members, adhering to clear and specified objectives. The Program Manager ensures project engineering activities comply with contract requirements and support the overall project schedule, scope, and budget, while also ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within scope. The position requires preparing complete project documentation, including plans, specifications, and engineer estimates, as well as evaluating and adapting standard techniques to project assignments. This role involves preparing and conducting internal meetings, working cross-functionally with departments like Engineering, Production, Sales, Project Management, Quality, and Procurement, and interpreting contract specifications. The Program Manager will participate in customer meetings, resolve client, engineering, and management project issues, maintain project milestone lists, assess and communicate project status, and identify lessons learned for continuous improvement to drive global deployment scalability.
