About The Position
Design, implement, and maintain strategic, multi-disciplinary IT programs in support of corporate strategy in support of the Health Cyber group. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision. Mentor or supervise employees in both company and technical competencies. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience supporting cyber programs, project management, or information security
- Knowledge of information security project management
- Ability to lead and manage project teams
- Public Trust determination is required
- Bachelor's degree
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification
- U.S. citizenship is required
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting federal health organizations such as NIH
- Experience mentoring and leading junior staff
- Knowledge of business development and federal acquisition process
- Ability to clearly communicate with executives and IT and cyber federal leadership
