About The Position

As a Program Manager you will be responsible for the performance of a program or multiple smaller programs in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines. Oversees the coordinates multiple projects within a specific program to ensure alignment with organizational goals and successful execution. Salary: $130,000 to $155,000 Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline only, reflecting a position based in NC. Criteria such as the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience, the scope of the specific position, as well as market and business considerations will be evaluated when extending an offer.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Possesses project management, negotiation, transaction structuring internal transaction, and strategic planning skills

Responsibilities

  • Develops and manages comprehensive program plans, including project timelines, resource allocation, and budgets. Ensures alignment with organizational strategies and objectives. (20%)
  • Defines, launches, and drives mission-critical strategic and operational initiatives in core programs. Resolves a wide range of issues in imaginative as well as practical ways. (20%)
  • Creates a method of change management including ownership of a documentation library, communication plans, process training, etc. (20%)
  • Oversees program management tasks and develops standards and processes for scheduling, administration, and accounting. (20%)
  • Exercises judgment and delegated authority for planning, directing, coordinating, administering, and executing many routine and complex projects/programs. (20%)
