Program Manager with Service Alternatives (Tacoma)
About The Position
The Residential Manager is responsible for the oversight and supervision of their assigned programs. They are responsible for ensuring programs achieve the outcomes set by the Residential Administrator. The Manager is responsible for supervising Direct Support Professionals to consistently provide the highest quality care to clients. You will help clients explore new opportunities and the potential of their own independence. Service Alternatives is a values-driven human services company making an impact since 1983. Requirements
- 2 years’ experience working with individuals with disabilities.
- HS diploma
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Demonstrated supervisory experience
- Currently have or within 30 days of being hired CPR/First Aid license
- Current driver license, car, and car insurance.
Nice To Haves
- BA in Social Services or similar field.
- NAR/75hr certification, or CNA
