The Program Manager is a frontline sales leader responsible for launching, leading, and scaling a team of channel sellers. This role blends people leadership, operational execution, and strategic program ownership. You will directly manage a team, drive pipeline and revenue outcomes, and build the structure, processes, and discipline to scale a high-performing channel sales organization. This leader must be equally strong in coaching sellers, building operational rigor, and translating channel strategy into daily execution.
