About The Position

BLUEHAWK is seeking a Program Manager (PM) to work with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) on all matters relating to the activities of this Statement of Work (SOW). The PM will be considered Key Personnel and will not be one of the technical contractors. The PM will be the government's primary point of contact for addressing any contract or Contractor issue and will have the authority to act on behalf of the Contractor for all matters regarding this contract. The Contractor shall also identify an alternate PM with the same qualifications, who will also be considered Key Personnel and can be dual-hatted. Either the PM or alternate PM will be responsible for facilitating the processing of new and departing employees at specific work sites, including badge issuance/collection and systems account management.

Requirements

• Four-year college degree.
• Solid working knowledge of the range of functions outlined in this SOW.
• Ten (10) years of experience working in the Intelligence Community.
• Must be considered Key Personnel.
• Must not be one of the technical Contractors.

Responsibilities

• Work with the COR on all matters relating to the activities of this SOW.
• Serve as the government's first call for addressing any contract or Contractor issue.
• Have the authority to act on behalf of the Contractor for all matters regarding this contract.
• Facilitate (or assign someone to facilitate) the in-processing of new employees and the out-processing of departing employees at the specific work sites.
• Facilitate initial badge issuing or collection of identification badges.
• Facilitate the issuing or cancelling of systems accounts.
