About The Position
Natural Support Services is seeking a Program Manager (Qualified Professional) to oversee community-based services and ensure compliance with Medicaid and program standards. The Program Manager supervises direct support staff, monitors service delivery, and ensures that services follow each individual's Person Centered Plan (PCP). Responsibilities include staff supervision, documentation review, program oversight, and coordination with clinicians, care coordinators, and families to ensure high-quality services.
Requirements
- Must meet North Carolina Qualified Professional (QP) requirements
- Experience working with intellectual/developmental disabilities or behavioral health populations
- Experience supervising direct support staff
- Strong documentation and compliance skills
- Ability to coordinate services across multiple programs
