About The Position

As a lead program manager for our team, you’ll lead our team by designing, implementing, and maintaining impactful processes and procedures that guide the strategic plans and support services effort. The client will trust you to organize and coordinate program objectives, while your team will look to you for direction as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. As an authority in the Air Power market, you’ll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client’s mission. You’ll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more. Requirements

15+ years of experience in program execution
5+ years of experience specializing in Department of Air Force (DAF) and Department of War (DoW) programs with contracts exceeding $50M and Firm Fixed Price (FFP) agreements
Experience allocating resources efficiently across projects and teams
Experience monitoring program progress, identifying risks, and ensuring projects meet quality, budget, and timeline goals
Experience ensuring individual projects complement each other and contribute to the overall program success
Ability to develop a comprehensive program roadmap aligned with organizational objectives
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Public Policy, or Business Administration
Project Management Professional (PMP) Cetification

Nice To Haves

Experience with HQ USAF, Joint Staff, STRATCOM, or AFGSC
Knowledge of innovative approaches to ensure program success, efficiency, and mission-aligned results
Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
Master's degree in Public Administration, Public Policy, or Business Administration
ICAglile Certified Professional (ICP) Certification
