The Center for Youth is dedicated to helping young people realize their full potential by creating opportunities, removing barriers, and promoting social justice. The Counseling and Runaway and Homeless Youth (RHY) Department offers a range of services to vulnerable youth, including crisis nurseries, shelters, housing programs, a food pantry, street outreach, and support for victims of commercial sexual exploitation. The Transitional Living Program Manager is responsible for the administration and program development of two transitional living programs (TLP) for homeless young adults aged 16-24: an independent living program (Devonshire) and a group living environment (Arnett House), as well as non-residential case management. The TLP aims to provide care and support in a safe environment, helping youth develop independent living skills and address the root causes of their homelessness to achieve stable housing. This role involves supervising and supporting program staff, including professional development and competency in trauma-informed interventions. This is a full-time, twelve-month position.
