About The Position

This position serves as the primary point of contact for all matters pertinent to the scheduling of and registration for the Masters’ programs’ courses in the Robert H. Smith School of Business. This position is responsible for gathering, verifying, and recording all course information for an effective scheduling process. In addition, this position is responsible for the setting up and scheduling of semesterly registration, on a non-standard academic calendar. This position must retain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Three (3) years of professional program management or higher education experience.
  • Knowledge of business acumen to understand key business drivers, organizational communications, and data.
  • Skill in oral and written communication.
  • Skill in the use of Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion.
  • Ability to develop and administer new policies and procedures.
  • Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, regulations, and laws.
  • Must have a valid drivers license
