What we are looking for: Partner Forces is seeking a highly organized, operationally strong, and people-focused Program Manager (PM) to lead a high-visibility executive business operations support program supporting senior leadership offices within a dynamic federal environment in Washington, DC. This role will oversee a team providing executive/front office support across multiple leadership offices and operational functions. The PM will serve as the operational lead responsible for staffing continuity, quality control, client relationship management, workforce oversight, and seamless execution of day-to-day support operations in a fast-paced headquarters environment. This is not a traditional back-office PM role. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, highly responsive, operationally disciplined, and experienced navigating executive-level environments with competing priorities, shifting demands, and high-visibility stakeholders. This position requires strong leadership presence, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to proactively solve problems while maintaining professionalism and continuity of operations.
