About The Position

The Program Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional battery, energy storage, and vehicle electrification programs from concept through validated, world-class volume production launch. This role serves as the central coordinator between engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, finance, business development, and executive leadership to ensure that both product and manufacturing processes are developed, validated, and launched on time, within budget, and in accordance with customer, automotive quality, regulatory, and business requirements. The Program Manager drives program execution, manages risks and opportunities, tracks key milestones, and provides clear communication to stakeholders while supporting ONE's mission to develop and manufacture innovative battery technologies and energy storage solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Program Management, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field
5+ years of program or project management experience in automotive, battery manufacturing, energy storage, advanced manufacturing, or related industries
Experience managing cross-functional technical development programs
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent project planning and execution capabilities
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to influence teams without direct authority
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with project management software and reporting tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

Master's degree and/or PMP Certification is a plus
Experience with new product introduction (NPI), product launch, or manufacturing scale-up activities preferred
Familiarity with APQP, stage-gate product development, or similar program management methodologies preferred
