About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead multiple concurrent client programs from initiation through execution and closure. This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and external partners, building strong relationships, and ensuring transparent communication. The Program Manager will develop detailed program plans, timelines, and resource allocations, monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues. They will also establish program governance structures, provide regular status updates, manage program budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Additionally, the role involves contributing to PMO best practices and driving continuous improvement in program delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of program/project management experience, ideally in telecommunications or infrastructure
  • Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-client programs
  • Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure (fiber, wireless, network deployment, ISP, OSP)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, SiteTracker)

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, business, or related field
  • PMP, PgMP, or similar certification

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to PMO best practices, tools, and methodologies.
  • Drive continuous improvement in program delivery and client satisfaction.
