About The Position

Meeting Street is seeking a full-time Parents As Teachers (PAT) Program Manager for 40 hours per week. The role oversees program compliance with state and federal regulations and PAT performance standards, supports and supervises staff, manages referrals, and uses program data to guide staff performance. The manager also helps hire staff and supports new employees through orientation and training.

Requirements

Administrative experience in human services or a related field, including experience in quality assurance, continuous quality improvement, and site development.
Willingness to engage in reflective practice, including introspection, awareness of oneself in relation to others, and recognizing the value of supervision.
A master's degree in public health, human services administration, or a field related to working with children and families; alternatively, a bachelor's degree in one of these fields with three years of relevant experience; alternatively, less than a bachelor's degree with commensurate Parents As Teachers experience.
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal transportation to meet home-visiting requirements.

Responsibilities

Ensure the program complies with state and federal regulations and meets all Parents As Teachers performance standards.
Manage referrals in the ETO system, assigning them to workers based on goodness of fit or referring them elsewhere when appropriate.
Provide 1–2 hours of direct reflective supervision weekly to each staff person.
Train and support new staff during orientation, evaluating additional training needs to help them become proficient in their roles.
Conduct quarterly joint visits with each home visitor.
Use data to provide staff feedback on performance against benchmarks and standards.
Document direct supervision and meetings in the ETO program.
Assist with hiring staff.
