Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in program or project management.
Leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
Proficient in tools like PRAs and Hoshin Kanri.
Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Solid understanding of AS9100 and IPC-620 standards.
Leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree.
