About The Position

The Program Manager will lead large-scale business process reengineering and transformation initiatives to optimise and simplify core business processes. The role is part of Apple’s Strategy, Automation & Insights (SAI) organization and reports to the India Sales BPR Lead. The Program Manager will work with cross-functional business and technology teams across India, Worldwide, and EMEIA to design and deliver future-ready solutions and systems, driving efficiency, scalability, and customer impact through critical thinking and hands-on execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 8 years of experience in Program or Project Management, Operations Excellence, or Process Transformation.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and partner management skills.
• Strong business insight, analytical perspective, and results orientation.
• Proven success managing enterprise-wide BPR or digital transformation initiatives.
• Technical inclination and ability to understand and implement complex process and system solutions.
• Experience leading cross-regional or global programs in a complex matrix environment.
• Ability to influence and align cross-functional and global teams without direct authority.
• Experience with workflow automation, analytics, and visualization tools such as Miro, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and influencing capabilities.

Nice To Haves

• MBA, Master’s degree, or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end BPR programs from concept through execution, aligned with strategic business priorities.
• Manage and implement global initiatives end to end.
• Collaborate with channel businesses, central teams, and functional leaders to identify opportunities, develop transformation roadmaps, and drive adoption.
• Define targets and success metrics, and monitor post-implementation performance to ensure sustainable results.
• Establish governance frameworks, manage risks, track breakthroughs, and provide executive-level updates.
• Lead change management through partner engagement, training, and communication.
• Help define and build the future India stack.
