About The Position

The Program Manager provides leadership, oversight, and supervision for a broad range of services supporting consumers from initial contact through enrollment, ongoing service delivery, case management, and administrative compliance. This role involves managing and coordinating operations across two departments with a shared goal of enhancing consumer independence and quality of life, ensuring effective collaboration between programs serving individuals with specific disabilities who may benefit from both Independent Living Advocacy services and Consumer-Directed Personal Caregiver support.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily program operations and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Supervise staff and provide guidance, coaching, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, agency, and program-specific regulations and requirements.
  • Monitor consumer services from intake through ongoing support and service coordination.
  • Facilitate collaboration between departments to maximize consumer access to available resources and support.
  • Develop and maintain processes that promote efficiency, accountability, and positive consumer outcomes.
  • Support program growth, quality improvement initiatives, and consumer-centered service planning.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities consistent with the scope and level of this position, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
