The Program Manager- OhioRISE role is responsible for designing broad-scale developmental plans for the program, collaborating with leadership to implement strategies aligned with the CCHMC mission and vision, and identifying, leading, and directing process/quality improvement activities. This role oversees collaborations, creates stakeholder-relevant processes, builds consensus for programmatic and financial maturation, and leads the integration of activities both inside and outside the organization. Additionally, the Program Manager provides leadership for educational offerings, develops training using current evidence and research, and serves as a resource to multidisciplinary staff. The role also involves managing reporting personnel, including recruitment, development, and performance evaluation, and may lead teams not directly reporting to them to ensure accountability for program operations and strategic targets. Process and quality improvement are key components, involving the identification and implementation of new methods, systems, and procedures to enhance data quality, reporting, and overall effectiveness. Operations management includes directing daily operations, establishing business processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Financial management involves supporting grant preparation, managing budgets, implementing financial controls, and overseeing revenue cycle management.
