About The Position

The Program Manager – AI Data Centers is a senior operational and customer-facing leadership role responsible for delivery, financial performance, and customer relationship management for large-scale AI data center infrastructure programs. The role leads complex, multi-phase, multi-project, and multi-location programs supporting AI, high-performance computing, hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data center environments. It coordinates Project Managers, technical workstreams, field teams, subcontractors, and customer stakeholders to achieve program objectives. BNS provides critical infrastructure services that include structured cabling, fiber optic systems, network infrastructure, equipment installation, and related data center infrastructure. The Program Manager coordinates deployments involving high-density computing, GPU deployments, advanced networking, power distribution, cooling, and the sequencing required to bring infrastructure online. The role serves as the primary program-level leader and customer point of contact, with accountability for program delivery, financial performance, customer satisfaction, risk management, and coordination across workstreams. The Program Manager works with the COO, Manager of PMO, Chief Architect, Critical Infrastructure Solutions, Operations, Finance, Procurement, and other business leaders to translate customer commitments into coordinated execution plans and measurable results. The role owns assigned program outcomes; the Manager of PMO owns BNS-wide project management frameworks and standards, the Chief Architect owns technical architecture and direction, and Operations owns field workforce management and deployment. The position is full-time, salaried, and exempt. It is remote or regional based on business and customer requirements, with travel up to 75%, including domestic and international travel.
