About The Position

In this Program Manager role, you’ll lead a high-visibility program supporting a U.S federal government client, as the Government’s single point‑of‑contact for overall program performance, strategy, and delivery. You will direct technically proficient teams, coordinate closely with senior federal stakeholders, translate complex analytics into actionable decision support, and lead modernization initiatives that improve mission execution and organizational performance.

Requirements

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • EIGHT (8) or more years of professional experience including FOUR (4) years of consulting and at least ONE (1) year of experience with monitoring and evaluating programs related to foreign policy or security cooperation
  • ITIL 4 Certified Expert certification (or equivalent)
  • Experience managing a team

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) or information technology
  • Data analysis certification in Power BI, Python, or Tableau
  • Demonstrated written and oral communication skills, including translating analytics and program results into actionable recommendations for senior officials
  • Active PMP Certification (or equivalent)
  • At least one specific citable example of implementing a Technology Business Management (TBM) framework within a large organization.
  • Demonstrated experience securing, operating, and maintaining critical infrastructure, with at least one citable project or initiative detailing responsibilities and outcomes.
