DIS-TRAN Pacakged Substations is currently looking for a Program Manager to join their team in Pineville, Louisiana. The Program Manager is responsible for managing and growing long-term customer relationships while ensuring the successful execution and coordination of customer programs. This role serves as the primary customer advocate and strategic partner following project handoff from Business Development. Working at the intersection of Business Development, Operations, and Project Management, the Program Manager is responsible for driving customer retention, supporting account growth, coordinating strategic initiatives, and ensuring alignment between customer expectations and operational execution. This position requires strong communication skills, business acumen, organizational leadership, and the ability to build relationships across multiple levels within customer organizations. The Program Manager must maintain a proactive approach to customer engagement, operational coordination, continuous improvement, and future pipeline planning.
