About The Position

Are you ready to lead a mission-critical program that directly supports the nation’s warfighters and intelligence professionals? Peraton’s Defense Intelligence Solutions (DIS) Operating Unit is seeking a dynamic Program Manager to take the helm of our SITE III Joint Intelligence Operations Center (JIOC) Community of Interest (COI) Task Order. What You’ll Do Lead with Vision: Oversee technical, schedule, and cost performance for a major program, ensuring alignment with mission objectives and customer expectations. Grow the Business: Identify and execute on-contract growth opportunities, defend positions during recompetes, and play an active role in major proposals. Drive Innovation: Maintain and enhance JIOC applications while shaping future capabilities to eliminate redundancies and improve effectiveness. Build High-Performing Teams: Recruit, develop, and lead technical and professional staff to deliver excellence. Own Financial Success: Manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L performance to ensure program profitability. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in an area relevant to the position with 12+ years of relevant experience, including 8+ years as a PM in the Intelligence Community.
  • Deep understanding of systems engineering lifecycle and intelligence operations.
  • Active TS/SCI with active polygraph or ability to obtain a polygraph
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree in Systems Engineering or related STEM field.
  • PMP certification and Security+ (or equivalent).
  • Experience with DIA CIO, JIOC, and intelligence collection management.
  • Agile/SAFe software development program management experience.
