About the Lindens: The Lindens Center is one of the most innovative behavioral therapy and residential programs of its kind in the nation. Here, we draw upon our leading expertise, best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis, a home-like setting, and a team approach to help children enjoy significant quality of life improvements. We provide care to children and adolescents with acute behavioral challenges. The Lindens is activity seeking a Program Manager.

Requirements

  • An incumbent in this position who has graduated from an accredited college with a BA in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech/Language Pathology, Social Work, Recreation, Art, Dance, Music, Physical Education, Nutrition, Sociology, Special Education, Rehabilitation Counseling, or Psychology AND possesses at least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injuries.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior management experience and a strong desire to work with neurologically-challenged individuals.
  • BA in a related field plus one year of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Program Manager will support, monitor and supervise the Program Associates within their program.
  • Designs, implements, monitors, and evaluates community support services that help people live as valued, contributing and self-determined members of their community.
  • The Manager must possess the physical, mental, and emotional capabilities to successfully supervise a diverse team.
  • This position requires a high degree of problem-solving, flexibility, independent thinking, organization, prioritization of duties, excellent communication, and relationship-building skills.
