Program Manager
About The Position
Are you passionate about driving operational excellence while helping organizations adopt cutting-edge AI technologies? We're seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join a fast-paced Marketing Applied AI team for a large enterprise client. In this role, you'll help build the program management foundation for critical AI initiatives, coordinate work across cross-functional teams, and drive operational rigor across multiple strategic programs. This position is ideal for someone who has worked in a Marketing, Product Marketing, or Marketing Operations environment and has experience leading complex programs involving business stakeholders, technical partners, and executive leadership.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Program Management, Project Management, or Technical Program Management experience
- Strong experience supporting Marketing or Product Marketing organizations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing seasoned leadership
- Experience with AI, Generative AI, automation tools, or AI adoption programs strongly preferred
- Budget management and operational planning experience

Responsibilities
- Manage and track strategic AI-focused programs
- Coordinate efforts across Marketing, Product Marketing, Engineering, and Leadership teams
- Build and maintain project plans, trackers, status reporting, and documentation
- Drive milestone execution and risk management
- Support budget tracking and OPEX reconciliation processes
- Help implement and scale AI tools and workflows across business teams
- Improve team operations through process development and program governance
