About The Position

Liberty Healthcare is seeking a full-time Program Manager for its forensic mental health program in San Diego County. This program serves justice-involved adults with mental illness who are incompetent to stand trial, aiming to provide rapid mental health services for improved behavioral health outcomes. Services are delivered at Las Colinas Detention and Reentry Facility in Santee, CA, and Rock Mountain and George Bailey Detention Facilities near Otay Mesa, CA.

Requirements

• Professional licensure in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor
• Leadership experience
• Knowledge of best practices in the treatment of people who are experiencing serious mental illness

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a correctional or forensic mental health setting

Responsibilities

• Leading an outcomes-focused forensic mental health delivery system
• Ensuring clients receive person-centered care and high-quality mental health services
• Supervising, training, and managing clinical and ancillary staff across multiple locations

• Fostering collaborative relationships with a wide array of stakeholders
• Providing direct clinical services to clients
