Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management within the healthcare or social services sector dealing with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration and development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in family care.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Passion for community service and improving family well-being.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and program implementation to ensure high-quality care delivery.
- Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and compliance.
- Collaborate with staff to create and enhance program services tailored to community needs.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure program effectiveness.
- Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing family care services.
- Prepare and present program reports to senior management and stakeholders.
