About The Position

This role is responsible for leading and managing an enterprise-level product program, ensuring alignment between business goals, stakeholder expectations, and delivery teams. The Program Manager will oversee multiple projects within the EPR (Enterprise Product/Program) portfolio, driving strategic planning, governance, and execution. The position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage timelines, risks, and resources effectively. You will work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to maintain program momentum, facilitate collaboration, and ensure successful outcomes. A key part of the role involves developing roadmaps, tracking performance metrics, and delivering clear, engaging updates to stakeholders, including executive leadership.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in program management, product management, or a related role
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Natural ability to build trust and maintain strong working relationships
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and switch contexts quickly
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to connect high-level goals to day-to-day execution
  • Customer-focused approach with a solid understanding of product thinking
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, including experience presenting to leadership
  • Comfortable leading discussions, workshops, and problem-solving sessions
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking metrics, OKRs, or program performance
  • Proven ability to follow through and deliver results in complex environments
  • Adaptable and quick to learn new concepts or tools
  • Experience supporting or coaching cross-functional teams
  • Basic technical understanding to effectively collaborate with engineering or product teams
  • Familiarity with collaboration and documentation tools such as SharePoint and Confluence
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
