The Program Manager supports senior leadership throughout Clinical Affairs in developing, classifying, leading, and executing corporate and function programs and strategic projects, including the dependencies and conflicts between them. This role involves providing a single point of contact for all aspects of assigned programs and projects, interacting with team members and stakeholders at all levels of management. The Program Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scientific communication plans and work with key stakeholders to define program scope and lead operational planning. Responsibilities include establishing meeting agendas, facilitating discussions, driving actions and decisions, coordinating multiple projects, proactively addressing barriers and risks, and ensuring deliverables are met on time, within budget, and with quality. The role also involves synthesizing program KPIs and organizational metrics, managing status reporting, and potentially fulfilling authorship and peer review responsibilities for scientific communications projects. Additionally, the Program Manager will update and maintain policies and procedures relevant to scientific communication projects and must interact effectively with others across the global organization, demonstrating strong listening, problem-solving, and communication skills. A key aspect of the role is providing a single point of contact for post-market clinical data efforts.
