The Program Manager is responsible for identifying and finalizing project/implementation scope. They develop detailed implementation plans, including internal, client, and third-party resourcing. The role involves managing and coordinating with these resources to ensure successful, on-time, and quality implementations. This position generates weekly status reports and holds status meetings with clients and project teams. They also schedule and lead steering committee meetings with C-level client decision-makers and senior management. The Program Manager serves as a trusted relationship manager, ensuring timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and a smooth transition to the steady-state servicing team. They manage and report on implementation budgets and are responsible for identifying, recommending, and implementing continuous service improvements. Additionally, this role leads the transition from the Sales team to the Global Delivery team pre-project kick-off and from Global Delivery to Client Services upon implementation. The Program Manager acts as a bridge between various business stakeholders, including Client Servicing, Sales, and Development teams, and must be able to manage multiple simultaneous implementations with minimal oversight.
