About The Position

INNOVIM seeks a Program Manager to support NOAA’s K-12, Informal, and Ed Coordination Programs. This position is contingent upon the successful award of the contract. Location: Onsite Silver Spring, MD Relocation Assistance: NONE

Requirements

  • Have experience directing and leading others.
  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Must have 8 or more years of directly related experience, two of which must be in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all aspects of program performance under the PWS.
  • Manage all aspects of task activity.
  • Provide reports documenting required progress.
  • Maintain regular contact with COR and CO to ensure conformity to all contractual obligations.
  • Provide management and technical direction to all Contractor personnel and document and communicate status to CO/COR as outlined below.
  • Provide four written progress reports per year, on a quarterly basis, outlining progress, decisions made, modifications of the data collection system, and synthesis of the results for the Education Program Evaluation task.
  • Provide two written progress reports per year, on a bi-annual basis, outlining strategic decisions made and overall progress for the Education Council and strategic Planning Support task.
  • Set up 12 meetings a year, monthly, with the COR and OEd DD and CoS to discuss overall progress for the Grants Administrative, Management Support, Legislative Affairs, Leadership Support, and any other tasks on PWS.
  • Provide 12 reports, monthly, outlining analytics for web pages and social media accounts
  • Provide 12 written progress reports per year, monthly, outlining overall progress for the Education Program Evaluation, Education Council, and Planning Support task
  • Provide 12 written progress reports per year, monthly, outlining strategic decisions made and overall progress for the Education Council, Outreach for Education, and strategic Planning Support tasks.
  • Provide four written reports, on a quarterly basis, to outline overall progress for the Outreach for Education task.
  • Provide four written reports, on a quarterly basis, to outline overall progress for the Regional Collaboration for Education task.
