ANR partners with Administrative Entities, Supports Coordination Organizations, providers, and families to deliver Certified Investigation Services that help ensure safety, compliance, and protection for individuals with intellectual disabilities. ANR is seeking a motivated, organized, and compassionate Program Manager to oversee program operations and staff while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards. This leadership role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a mission-driven environment and is passionate about supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities and developmental disabilities. Working closely with the Director, the Program Manager will help plan, develop, and implement services that align with ANR’s mission while fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and person-centered support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human services or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working directly with individuals with intellectual disabilities or other disabilities
  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Current certification as an ODP Certified Investigator, or willingness to successfully complete the training program upon hire.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality
  • Knowledge of community resources
  • Act 33/34 and FBI clearances will be required
  • Valid PA driver’s license and proof of auto insurance

Responsibilities

  • Manage and submit data in a timely manner to ensure program(s) operations are compliant with policies and applicable federal, state, and local requirements.
  • Manage all personnel matters including hiring, supervision, training, and evaluation of assigned staff.
  • Maintain good working relationships across departments and programs internally as well as with governmental agencies and community organizations.
  • Assist Director in planning, developing, and executing services in line with ANR’s mission
  • Maintain and utilize working knowledge of significant developments and trends in the field.
  • Other duties as assigned to achieve the mission of the agency.
