Requirements

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience in last mile logistics
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Transportation Logistics, or related field
  • Proven experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience leading cross-functional programs spanning engineering, operations, and business teams
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and working knowledge of SQL
  • Demonstrated experience driving process improvement initiatives with measurable returns

Responsibilities

  • Own Think‑Teach implementation across Last Mile branches, working cross-functionally to drive success across engineering, operations, and business teams.
  • Develop detailed project plans at both branch and network levels, tracking progress, milestones, and overall execution.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and accountability across teams.
  • Partner with Procurement, Sourcing, and vendors to track Bill of Materials.
  • Drive deliverables tied to OnTrac associate and RSP/driver experience.
  • Proactively identify risks to minimize disruptions.
  • Provide structured communication to stakeholders, including action items, owners, and timelines, while delivering daily/weekly executive updates.
  • Deliver cost/benefit analyses on potential projects to help influence departmental strategy.
