About The Position

The Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, a renowned international affairs institution, seeks a Program Manager for its Washington, D.C.-based Technology and International Affairs (TIA) Program. TIA is a collection of experts who study and shape global policy on technology-especially AI, the information environment, cybersecurity, and biotech-with the goal of strengthening national and international security, political economy, and democracy. The Program Manager will work directly with the Program Co-Directors to manage the administrative, development, and financial functions of the program, while collaborating closely with other parts of Carnegie, including finance, development, and communications departments.

• Approximately 3 to 4 years of demonstrated success in program administration or management
