About The Position
We’re seeking a dynamic, mission-driven leader to oversee our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team—an evidence-based program supporting individuals with serious mental illness in the community. As Program Manager, you’ll guide a multidisciplinary team delivering high-impact, community-based care that reduces hospitalizations and helps people build stable, independent lives. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, values teamwork, and is passionate about improving systems of care.
Requirements
- Independent clinical license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.)
- 3–5+ years of experience in community mental health or ACT (or similar programs)
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
- Strong crisis management and decision-making skills
- Ability to balance clinical, administrative, and operational demands

Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a multidisciplinary team (therapists, nurses, case managers, peer specialists)
- Provide clinical and administrative oversight
- Coach staff to manage complex cases and crisis situations
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and resilience
- Ensure fidelity to the ACT model and best practices
- Monitor caseloads, staffing ratios, and service delivery
- Oversee scheduling, coverage, and daily team meetings
- Manage program performance metrics and outcomes
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and payer requirements
- Prepare for audits and maintain documentation standards
- Implement continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with hospitals, courts, housing providers, and community partners
- Support referrals, admissions, and transitions of care
- Represent the program in community meetings and stakeholder groups
