About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager (PM) to provide leadership and oversight for a medical review services contract supporting the U.S. Army Recruiting Division (USARD). This is a fully remote position responsible for managing personnel, ensuring contract compliance, and serving as the primary point of contact with the Government. Position availability is based on successful contract award.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited academic institution (required)
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience managing, staffing, overseeing, and completing work of similar scope and complexity
• Experience should include demonstrated knowledge of Army Recruiting Battalion and Company Operations
• At least two (2) years of experience as a contract manager
• Strong understanding of military structure and operations
• Proven ability to manage teams across multiple locations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to respond effectively and professionally to Government stakeholders

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience supporting federal or Department of Defense (DoD) contracts
• Familiarity with medical or behavioral health services programs

Responsibilities

• Provide overall program management, staffing, and operational oversight for contract performance
• Serve as the primary liaison to the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR)
• Ensure timely and effective communication with the Government on all program matters
• Oversee personnel across multiple geographically dispersed locations
• Manage staffing levels, including coordinating coverage for scheduled and unscheduled absences
• Notify the COR as soon as possible, but no later than the first hour of any personnel absence, and communicate the plan for coverage
• Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with contract requirements and performance standards
• Maintain responsiveness to Government needs, inquiries, and priorities
