About The Position

Aldevron, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Program Manager for its RNA Business unit. This role is responsible for managing programs within the mRNA CDMO space, reporting to the Vice President and General Manager, mRNA CDMO. The position is part of the mRNA Program Management Team and is located in Fargo, ND, but offers a fully remote work arrangement. Requirements

  • B.S. or B.A. required.
  • Prefer 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role as a project, program, within the life sciences, with preference for 3+ years in a CDMO environment.
  • Experience managing projects and contracts in a regulated biotechnology, pharmaceutical, technology-driven related field required.
  • mRNA LNP Drug Product experience and industry understanding.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to forecast risks and implement sustainable solutions.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree in scientific field strongly preferred (e.g. molecular biology, biology, biotechnology, biochemistry).

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of standardized programs and projects across client accounts, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients at all levels, effectively managing conflict and fostering long-term partnerships through proactive communication and collaboration.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for internal project teams, mentoring team members and ensuring high-quality client service.
  • Maintain program governance structures, track project metrics, forecast capacity, and provide regular updates to leadership on project status, risks, and opportunities.
  • Contribute to business development efforts by supporting proposal development, contract renewals, and account strategy, while leading initiatives that drive continuous improvement and organizational growth.
