About The Position

We are seeking a full-time (35 hours/week) bilingual (English/Spanish) Program Manager to provide operational leadership, data management oversight, and administrative support for its Family & Community Resource Center (FCRC). The Manager is responsible for overseeing a wide range of operational, administrative, and data management functions that support direct service and administrative staff. Responsibilities include managing FCRC data systems and reporting requirements, ensuring data integrity and compliance, monitoring program performance outcomes, preparing work plans and monthly reports, coordinating program logistics, supporting outreach and marketing activities, and maintaining efficient center operations. In addition, the Manager will provide leadership for the FCRC's fatherhood engagement efforts by supervising the Fatherhood Engagement Specialist and overseeing fatherhood-related programming, outreach, recruitment, and engagement activities. The Manager participates in the Fatherhood Engagement Leadership Team (FELT) meetings, coordinate Parent Advisory Board activities, and monitor fatherhood engagement outcomes to ensure compliance with program goals and contractual requirements. The Manager will work collaboratively with program staff to ensure all required client and program data are collected, entered, monitored, and reported accurately and timely. The position also provides administrative support to the FCRC Director, including meeting preparation, onboarding of new staff, and coordination of center operations.

Requirements

  • Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish in both verbal and written forms is required.
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma, plus two years College level courses/training in Office Technology and procedures.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in data management, collection, entry, and computer skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, as well as Adobe Acrobat, Google Drive and other software, to extract, analyze, and present data, as well as the ability to learn new software applications.
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management systems.
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills; ability to prioritize and multi-task with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to train and monitor others on data collection and security, as well as data extraction, analysis, and presentation.
  • Demonstrated experience displaying a friendly, professional demeanor as well as composure under pressure.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills in both verbal and written forms.
  • Ability to work minimum 2 evenings per week and 1 Saturdays per month.
  • Experience and competency working with diverse families and cultures including the Latinx community.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct supervision, coaching, and support to the Fatherhood Engagement Specialist.
  • Oversee fatherhood outreach, recruitment, engagement, and retention activities designed to increase participation of fathers and father figures in FCRC services.
  • Coordinate and monitor fatherhood workshops, support groups, and related community events.
  • Participate in local and statewide Fatherhood Engagement Leadership Team (FELT) meetings and implement best practices related to father engagement.
  • Coordinate Parent Advisory Board recruitment, meetings, leadership development activities, and implementation of parent recommendations.
  • Track and report fatherhood engagement outcomes and performance measures.
  • Collaborate with community partners to strengthen resources and opportunities available to fathers and families.
  • Ensure fatherhood engagement activities are properly documented and reported in accordance with DCF and funding requirements.
  • Develop and maintain FCRC data collection, monitoring, reporting, and security plans and procedures.
  • Regularly assesses data quality, including timelines, completeness, and accuracy for monthly reporting to DCF.
  • Responsible for creating, updating and submitting quarterly workplan and monthly reporting.
  • Assist with the Coordinate reception desk operations including answering phones, greeting and announcing clients and visitors in a professional and pleasant manner.
  • Conduct informal screenings in person or over the phone for clients seeking assistance.
  • Administer, collect and enter all required program and client data collection information into database systems, files and forms.
  • Train and monitor others to ensure data management procedures are implemented as intended by the Administrative Support Organization.
  • Manage and create written and visual content for FCRC’s social media channels including; Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
  • Produce and distribute FCRC’s marketing emails, including a monthly newsletter, Google forms, event invites, monthly calendar of activities, and more.
  • Other duties as assigned or requested by the Director.
