The Program Manager will lead and oversee Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) support operations for the National Park Service (NPS) Information Resources Directorate. This role is responsible for managing personnel, workflow operations, quality assurance, customer engagement, and contract performance related to FOIA intake, records searches, document review, redaction, reporting, and compliance activities. The Program Manager serves as the primary liaison between contractor personnel and Government leadership, ensuring all services are delivered in accordance with statutory requirements, Department of the Interior (DOI) policies, and National Park Service operational standards. The position requires strong federal FOIA expertise, leadership capabilities, and experience managing high-volume, deadline-driven programs.
