About The Position

You will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and executing AMAX's program development and operations. Your role includes owning customer projects, leading focus teams, planning schedules, monitoring implementation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure manufacturing outcomes and customer satisfaction. You will manage the program lifecycle and all related tasks and personnel, ensuring high efficiency and achieving expected results. This role involves analyzing, evaluating, and overcoming program risks, and creating program reports for customers and stakeholders. You will align with production and customer needs, organizing and supporting program operations, including but not limited to production assembly, testing, quality management, and supply chain management. Providing timely updates and robust solutions to customers, understanding their expectations, and offering feasible solutions that respond to various needs is crucial. You will represent AMAX by engaging with customers, suppliers, and vendors, creating business opportunities and benefits, and building strong business relationships. Collaboration with sales, technical engineering, supply chain, and other internal teams to resolve relevant issues, such as material planning or production scheduling, is expected. You will also collaborate closely with the global management and engineering teams, proactively addressing and resolving issues, ensuring high-quality solutions and clear communication, and achieving business goals. Cooperation with the finance team, ensuring cost control and meeting established objectives, is also part of the role.

Requirements

  • At least three years of program management experience in electronics-related hardware manufacturing. Related fields include servers, HPC, industrial PCs, clusters, and storage systems.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and customer service abilities, ensuring client satisfaction internally and externally.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Nice To Haves

  • Management and client-facing experience is preferred.
  • A background in engineering is a plus.
