In the role of Program Manager at eBay, you’ll play a key role in cross-functional central initiatives to achieve business goals. You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver complex projects that move the company forward. You’ll bring rigor and growing product and technical command to help teams stay aligned, make smart tradeoffs, and deliver impactful results. This role is ideal for someone who has independently led sophisticated programs and is ready to expand their strategic influence and operational rigor. As a Program Manager in this space, your work directly impacts how this initiative is designed to provide a uniquely tailored and inspiring user journey that builds lasting customer loyalty. You will work closely with engineers, product managers, and cross-functional partners to plan features that support the launch of product roadmap! This role goes beyond operational excellence; you’ll be at the center of being a strategic thought partner driving alignment, identifying risks early, and delivering real impact.
