About The Position

The Program Manager is responsible for all sales pursuits within a vertical with one or more customers, ensuring all pursuits are managed toward achieving company and customer objectives. Operates at a high level, coordinating multiple team members and stakeholders to optimize resources, manage risks, and ensure sales success.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing preferred; equivalent relevant experience accepted in lieu of degree.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on sales and customer service experience in an industrial industry.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX preferred.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

Team lead experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Leads the end-to-end pursuit lifecycle for sales opportunities by coordinating cross-functional teams, developing capture strategies, aligning solutions to customer needs, managing pipelines and CRM data, and driving proposals through award while ensuring revenue growth and strategic objectives are achieved.
Develop program objectives, timelines, and milestones; oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of multiple projects.
Allocate resources efficiently, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Develop program budgets, control costs, and ensure programs deliver value for money.
Serve as a bridge between senior management, project teams, and external stakeholders; provide regular updates and strategic recommendations.
Guide, mentor, and coordinate project managers and teams to achieve program objectives.
Evaluate program performance, ensure quality standards, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Oversee and implement changes during the program lifecycle to maintain alignment with organizational goals.
