About The Position

Brice Solutions LLC is a recognized leader in environmental services, offering a multi-faceted team approach with proven science and engineering professionals to identify cost-effective solutions for clients nationwide. As a Program Manager, you will provide strategic leadership to support growing and sustaining environmental service programs, working closely with the Regional Director. This role involves supporting contractual and field efforts, proposal development, and cultivating business relationships. You will be responsible for developing overall direction for planning at the service, client, and contract level, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and program benefits. Key duties include identifying and managing program risks, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and security processes, and supporting organizational policies. You will also manage conflicts, foster a high-performance team environment, generate leads, provide technical support for proposals, and collaborate with various internal and external groups. A constant state of alertness and safe work practices are required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering discipline.
  • Ten to twenty years of proven experience in environmental services, particularly in federal and state contracts, leading projects/programs in excess of $50M.
  • Experienced leader with appropriate industry experience.
  • Strategic thinker with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment and operational focus.
  • Desire and drive to develop and grow an expanding environmental services portfolio.
  • Knowledge of laws, legal codes, government regulations, executive orders, and agency rules governing environmental projects and programs.
  • Ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to deal effectively with a variety of interpersonal relationships and situations.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in an Alaska Native Corporation multi-business environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop overall direction to guide planning at the service, client and contract level in conjunction with the Regional Director.
  • Ensure business development and program delivery efforts stay aligned to strategic goals.
  • Ensure programs meet the expected goals and deliver the planned benefits.
  • Identify, analyze and prepare for program risks and ensure compliance to quality, safety and security processes.
  • Support policies and procedures of the organization to enhance overall operation and effectiveness with Safety as a primary focus.
  • Identify and manage conflicts and support a high-performance team environment where diversity is valued, and people are treated with respect and dignity.
  • Provide direct input by generating leads and providing technical support for proposal development.
  • Collaborate with various groups within Calista, Bilista and multiple client organizations.
  • Work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
  • All other duties as assigned.
