Program Manager
About The Position
The Program Manager will manage end-to-end program lifecycles by designing comprehensive program plans, providing operational support via tools and processes, and measuring outcomes across the Infusion program. This role involves partnering with leadership and bridging cross-functional departments to translate strategic objectives into actionable scopes, timelines, and integrated initiatives that directly advance Infusion goals. The Program Manager will oversee project performance, manage risks, report on progress, and provide targeted administrative support to ensure high-priority initiatives succeed. Additionally, this role requires cultivating strong, trusted partnerships with senior leaders and stakeholders by demonstrating executive presence, providing proactive support, and fostering a culture of collaboration and trust among team members. The Program Manager will also develop, review, and present executive-level deliverables while continuously innovating and improving operational processes.
Requirements
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
